I am the founder of Copco Properties and a retired law enforcement professional with 14 years of service. I attended Lamar University on a baseball scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After college, I graduated from the police academy and dedicated the next 14 years of my life to serving in law enforcement. That experience shaped my approach to both business and life, teaching me the importance of trust, discipline, integrity, and treating people the right way.

After retiring from law enforcement, I transitioned into real estate and became a licensed real estate agent. I founded Copco Properties by combining my passion for real estate with my appreciation for land and the outdoors. Today, Copco Properties focuses on helping landowners sell their property through a simple, honest, and professional process.

I understand that many landowners are not looking for pressure or unnecessary complications. They want clear communication, fair treatment, and a straightforward path forward. That is exactly what we aim to provide. Outside of business, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I have always had a strong connection to the outdoors, which is one of the reasons land investing has been such a natural fit for me. Real estate, and especially land, is more than just a business to me. It is something I genuinely enjoy and find rewarding.
